3ds Max 2017 – 3ds Max 2026

IFC Import plugins for 3ds Max 2017-2026 based on the IfcOpenshell  open source library.
Please note that those plugins are under heavy construction.

Advanced builds with improved features and performance are available upon request.

Features of the advanced builds:

• Multithreaded import and geometry meshing
• Instancing support where possible ( IfcMappedItem )
• Hierarchies ( IfcProject->IfcSite->IfcBuilding … )
• Dedicated layer(s) for each imported IfcProject
• Import of 2d Shapes/Curves ( Annotations, FootPrint … )

All mentioned features are more or less work in progress.
